Dr. Ulysses Jackson, LMHC, CASAC, CAMS, PhD.
Ulysses has been in the field of substance use and behavioral science since 2002. He is passionate about giving back to the communities he serves. Dr. Jackson utilizes a holistic approach, connecting harmony with foods one eats and the environment in which they live. Dr. Jackson has worked in various facilities in New York inpatient, outpatient and residential communities focusing on substance abuse and behavioral issues of different populations. Dr. Jackson holds a PhD in clinical research with a specialization in qualitative, quantitative, and mix methodologies of research. Dr. Jackson has spent over 10 years uncovering and discovering different research and clinical approaches to assist his clients and students. Dr. Jackson is driven in having fruitful educational and inspirational conversation with colleagues, students and the communities at large on various topics. Dr. Jackson has been involved as a community advocate in his communities on Long Island NY. The engagements have included a mentoring program, anger management and domestic violence workshops in which both anger management and domestic violence Dr. Jackson holds certifications.
